Frequently asked questions
Do I need to download it from the App Store or Google Play?
No. It installs from your phone's browser and it costs you nothing.
Is it safe?
Yes. It's the same Traingenio website, with your same account and the same encrypted connection. It doesn't ask for your photos, contacts or location.
Does it take up much space?
Hardly any. It doesn't download videos or documents until you open them.
I can't see “Add to Home Screen”
On an iPhone, use Safari: in Chrome or inside other apps (email, WhatsApp) it sometimes doesn't appear. On Android, use Chrome. If you opened the link from your email, open it in the browser first.
Do I have to sign in again?
On an iPhone, the first time you open it, yes. After that you stay signed in.
How do I remove it?
Like any app: press and hold the icon and choose “Remove App” or “Uninstall”. Your training isn't lost.
